Authors Instruction

In order for a paper to be published, at least one of the authors from each paper must pay the full registration fee and attend the conference to present the paper.

Covering the Expenses of Paper Publication

Please, read carefully the following information concerning the registration procedure that is presented in the Author Instructions, especially if you are the prospective presenter of an accepted paper or if you need to guarantee inclusion of your accepted paper in the proceedings. An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the full-fee registration payment for one of the authors is received and correctly processed by related time line.

One author registration will cover the publication expenses of only ONE accepted paper. 

Authors Instruction

In order for a paper to be published, at least one of the authors from each paper must pay the full registration fee and attend the conference to present the paper.

Complimentary Paper  :

If one author have 2 papers in conference , then second paper can do registration in this section , but condition is first author should be same in both papers. 

Terms & Conditions

  • Full paper Registration is compulsory to presenting the paper in conference ,that includes conference KIT , Lunch coupon (during presentaion day) and any one author can present paper and attend all sessions.
  • Co Author Registration is applicable when more that one author is willing to attend /present paper.
  • Complementary paper Registration is applicable when you have paper selected ,then one paper will be register as full paper registration and other one will be considered as complementary paper (applicable for one paper only).

Items included in the Conference

FULL REGISTRATION FEE (NORMAL/EARLY BIRD)

Conference registration fee (Normal/Early Bird) includes

  • A copy of the conference proceedings (in a USB Drive or equivalent);
  • Admission to all tutorials
  • Technical sessions
  • Morning and afternoon tea/coffee breaks and lunch (During their presentation date only)
  • E -Certificate/Certificate for the Presenter.

In one full registration certificate will be issued for the presenter author 

CO-AUTHOR  REGISTRATION FEE (NORMAL/EARLY BIRD)

Conference registration fee (Normal/Early Bird) includes

  • Admission to all tutorials
  • Technical sessions
  • Morning and afternoon tea/coffee breaks and lunch(During their presentation date only )
  • E -Certificate/Certificate for the Presenter.

*conference kit will be issued by paying extra amount for co authors registration.

# There is no cancellation process if registered once

Note for Complementary paper (applicable for one extra paper only): 

One Author can register /present his/her one more paper by paying as Co Author fees  for the registration of the other papers with following conditions:

  1. One full paper registration is must for getting the facility of discounted rate for other papers
  2. Only one author will be permitted to present all the papers during conference
  3. No  Conference Kit will be issued for  complementary paper
