Authors Instruction
In order for a paper to be published, at least one of the authors from each paper must pay the full registration fee and attend the conference to present the paper.
Covering the Expenses of Paper Publication
Please, read carefully the following information concerning the registration procedure that is presented in the Author Instructions, especially if you are the prospective presenter of an accepted paper or if you need to guarantee inclusion of your accepted paper in the proceedings. An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the full-fee registration payment for one of the authors is received and correctly processed by related timeline.
One author registration will cover the publication expenses of only ONE accepted paper.
Authors Instruction

Terms & Conditions
- Full paper Registration is compulsory to presenting the paper in conference ,that includes conference KIT , Lunch coupon (during presentation day) and any one author can present paper and attend all sessions.
- Co Author Registration is applicable when more that one author is willing to attend /present paper.
- Complementary paper Registration is applicable when you have paper selected ,then one paper will be register as full paper registration and other one will be considered as complementary paper (applicable for one paper only).
Items included in the Conference
Conference registration fee (Normal/Early Bird) includes
- A copy of the conference proceedings (in a USB Drive or equivalent);
- Admission to all tutorials
- Technical sessions
- Morning and afternoon tea/coffee breaks and lunch (During their presentation date only)
- E -Certificate/Certificate for the Presenter.
In one full registration certificate will be issued for the presenter author

*conference kit will be issued by paying extra amount for co authors registration.
